Terms & Conditions — Complete Guide to Using the a321 Platform

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the a321 platform — whether via the website, Android or iOS mobile app, or any other device — you fully and unconditionally agree to all terms and conditions set out in this document. This agreement takes effect from the moment you click the "Register" or "I Agree" button during the registration process.

A321 is not liable for any financial loss or damages suffered by a member arising from use of this platform, unless such loss is directly caused by gross negligence or a proven fault on the part of a321.

• A321 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. Technical disruptions beyond a321's control — including internet outages, third-party server issues, or natural disasters — do not make a321 liable for any resulting losses.
• A321 is not responsible for any betting or gaming decisions made by members. All betting decisions are entirely the member's own responsibility.
• In any circumstance, a321's total maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
